His early career started in an education-based NGO,
where he explored how school systems function in India
and globally. During this time, he helped build an
online platform for NCERT-aligned schooling content,
working with CRISP (Consortium for Research in School
Pedagogy in India) — a moment that sparked his
long-term commitment to learning and digital
innovation.
To strengthen his leadership and academic understanding,
Raajeev pursued and completed his MBA in 2011, all while
simultaneously beginning his career as a Lecturer.
By 2012, he advanced to the position of Assistant
Professor, marking the beginning of an impactful
academic journey spanning nearly a decade.
A deep-tech lover at heart, Raajeev consistently studied
the latest advancements in AI, Neural Networks, Machine
Learning, and Deep Learning, embracing new frontiers
from Blockchain, Web3, Web5, NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi to
Data Science and IoT — becoming a respected voice
across these fast-growing domains.
In 2020, Raajeev transitioned from his role as Assistant
Professor to fully pursue his lifelong passion for
technology, without a single penny in his pocket.
This shift was more than a career change — it marked
the rise of a tech personality dedicated to shaping
conversations around decentralization, AI, tools,
and digital innovation, while inspiring Gen Z and
emerging creators to build meaningful solutions for
the future.
